About the Magoebaskloof Trail
The Magoebaskloof Hiking Trail winds through the ancient indigenous forests and productive pine plantations of the Magoebaskloof area in Limpopo, one of the wettest and greenest corners of South Africa.
Trails are structured around a network of overnight huts, so hikers can pick a two-night short circuit or a full five-night 60-kilometre traverse depending on fitness and time available. All routes are well marked and pass through some of the region's most photographed waterfalls and viewpoints.
